I told you I’d give 2 different ways to use the leftover ham.  This is meal 2 from the Baked Petit Jean Ham: Party Ham Sandwiches.  You don’t have to have a party to eat them, but if you are, these are always a hit.  You can assemble the sandwiches early, refrigerate, and then just pop them in the oven at party time.

Party Ham Sandwiches

12 Hawaiian dinner rolls
1/2 lb. (approximately) ham
12 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup salted butter
1 tablespoon honey mustard (I love this one from Robert Rothschild Farm)
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder

Preheat oven to 400.

Make a sandwich of the ham, cheese and rolls. Arrange the sandwiches in a 9×13 pan.

Melt butter in the microwave.  Add the honey mustard, Worcestershire, and onion power and stir well.  Pour mixture over sandwiches.

Cover pan with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese is melty and the sandwiches are browned.

My kids love these little sandwiches!
