Make a quick ranch dressing using a dry mix or just use your favorite bottled dressing.


Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (adapted from here)

serves 4-5


4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 (12 ounce) bottle wing sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons butter

Ranch dressing, for serving


Add chicken breasts, salt and pepper, and wing sauce to the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.  Shred chicken and add butter. Serve on Hawaiian rolls with ranch dressing, with carrots and celery on the side.
