These are so easy a 1st grader could make them.  And she did!  I helped my 7 year old with the food processor, but she did most everything else.  So what I’m saying is that these bars are quick, easy, and delicious.

No Bake Reese’s Bars

1 cup butter, melted

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

2 cups powdered sugar

1 cup plus 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

Grind the graham crackers in a food processor (or used the boxed crumbs).  Melt the butter in the microwave.   In a bowl, mix together (with a spoon) the butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of the peanut butter.   Press the mixture into a 9×9 ungreased pan.

In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips with the 3 tablespoons peanut butter.  Stir after 30 seconds, melt for another 30 seconds.  Stir until smooth.  Spread the chocolate over the peanut butter layer.  Refrigerate for an hour. Cut into squares.
