Use any herbs you like and just throw them into the food processor. This Green Goddess sauce also makes a great salad dressing!


Green Goddess Chicken (adapted from Tastemade)

serves 4-5


2 garlic cloves

1 cup fat free Greek yogurt

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup fresh chives

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1/4 cup fresh mint

1 teaspoon red chili flakes

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin


In a food processor, add the garlic cloves through the chute with the blade running to chop them.  Add the yogurt, mayo, buttermilk, herbs, chili flakes, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pulse until combined.


Pour half the sauce over the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 3o minutes-8 hours. Grill chicken over high heat for about 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°. Serve with extra sauce.
