This is the creamiest Mac and Cheese ever! Perfect comfort food. Serve it with a salad or if it’s Halloween, as a side to Mummy Dogs!
Mac and Cheese
serves 5-6
1 16 ounce box macaroni
1 32 ounce box Velveeta, cut into cubes
2 cups half and half (more or less to taste)
salt and pepper, to taste
Boil macaroni in a large pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes, or until it’s just tender. Drain pasta and add back to pot. Add cubed Velveeta and stir over low heat. Melt cheese and add half and half, little by little until it’s as creamy as you like. Add salt and pepper to taste.
